Our Love-It Guarantee
We want you to love what hangs on your wall. If you're not completely happy, we'll make it right.
Wall art prints (non-personalized)
If you're not in love with your print, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange, or refund. Items should be returned in original, undamaged condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility; we cover it for any error on our side.
Custom pet portraits (personalized)
Because each portrait is created from your photo just for you, custom portraits can't be returned for change of mind. That's exactly why we send a digital proof for your approval before printing — and we'll revise it until you're delighted. If we genuinely can't get the proof right, we'll issue a full refund before printing.
Damaged or defective items
If anything arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement right away — in most cases you won't need to ship the original back.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, your order (or your portrait proof) may already be in production and we may no longer be able to make changes.
